Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Oil:

  • In a deep skillet or pot, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to maintain the right temperature.

2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
